Want to build backend systems that directly impact revenue - not just ship features that nobody measures
This is not a typical backend role where you maintain legacy services close Jira tickets and disappear into the engineering backlog.
Youll build internal infrastructure and AI workflows that our Monetization team relies on daily - and youll see the impact of your work fast.
Now were building an internal platform that powers our monetization engine - and were looking for a backend engineer who can own the systems behind it.

The role
Youll join a lean horizontal team building our internal revenue optimization platform.
Your mission: build backend APIs and production-grade agentic AI workflows that help our monetization team move faster run smarter experiments and scale winning strategies across our app portfolio.
Youll be building core infrastructure making architectural decisions and shipping systems that will be used daily by the team.
What youll do
Build and maintain backend services in Python
Design scalable APIs (FastAPI or similar frameworks)
Build and deploy agentic AI workflows in production (not just prototypes)
Work closely with Monetization stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable systems
Own backend architecture delivery reliability and iteration speed
Improve observability performance and system robustness over time
Work with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure
Build services running on Docker / Kubernetes / Helm
Collaborate with engineers working on Go services (or grow into Go over time)
What were looking for
7 years of commercial software development experience
Strong proficiency in Python
Strong backend fundamentals and a builder mindset
Proven experience building APIs (FastAPI or similar)
Track record of deploying agentic AI workflows into production
Experience with PostgreSQL
Experience with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD tooling
Hands-on experience with Docker Kubernetes Helm
High ownership strong judgment and ability to execute independently
Bonus points if you have
Experience with Go (or willingness to learn it quickly - many services are in Go)
Background in experimentation platforms A/B testing or monetization systems
Strong product sense (you care about what the system enables not just how its built)
