Our client is an innovative tech company within the iGaming industry dedicated to developing cutting-edge products and delivering top-tier technical support platform development and website design for European operators. With a team of industry experts they are committed to excellence and continuous innovation.

As they continue to expand their design team is looking to hire a Creative Graphic Designer to support multiple digital brands. This role is focused primarily on graphic and visual design such as banners characters and logos rather than pure UI/UX with a strong emphasis on creativity branding and promotional assets. You will work closely with the Lead Designer and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver visually engaging materials across various platforms.

Location: Remote Malta
The candidate must be based in Malta due to work from the office few days a month.

Responsibilities:

As an Mid-level Creative Graphic Designer your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Design high-quality visual assets including banners promotions newsletters logos and brand visuals

  • Develop creative concepts and graphical elements that support brand identity and user engagement

  • Collaborate with product and development teams on UI-related tasks when required

  • Use Figma to support layout and interface design needs

  • Create edit and optimise assets using Adobe Photoshop

  • Ensure consistency across visual output and alignment with brand guidelines

  • Participate in feedback sessions and iterate on designs based on input from stakeholders

  • Communicate ideas clearly and work collaboratively within a distributed team

Requirements:

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design work such as banners illustrations characters or brand assets - Please provide a link

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop

  • Working knowledge of Figma and an understanding of basic UI principles

  • Ability to work independently while taking direction from a Lead Designer

  • Good communication skills and a collaborative respectful working style

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to iGaming or entertainment-related visual styles is a must

  • Familiarity with in-game UI promotional design or mascot development

  • Basic 3D design experience is a plus

  • Experience working with multiple brands or fast-paced digital environments
