Your daily pitch

Own the creative game for the Games Brand! In this role youll design eye-catching graphics and promotional materials lead bold campaigns for product launches and bring fresh ideas to life across digital print and outhouse media. Working with multiple brands and projects in the iGaming space youll make sure every design scores big and keeps the Games Brand ahead of the competition.

Your playing field:

• You will design high-impact visuals for social media blogs landing pages and websitesbringing the Games Brand to life with creativity and precision.
• You will create promotional materials web graphics and print assets that strengthen and reflect the Games Brand identity.
• You will design marketing visuals such as banners thumbnails and newsletter headers that enhance email content and drive engagement.
• You will develop conceptual designs that bring marketing campaigns to life and capture audience attention.
• You will produce HTML5 banners and other graphics that elevate the Games Brand across digital platforms.
• You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to craft innovative design strategies that showcase and promote the Games Brand.

Qualifications :

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

• Experience. You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar design role within an online gaming or fast-moving industry.
• Knowledge. You bring a blend of creative and technical expertise to the tablecombining advanced graphic design skills experience at the cutting edge of Gen-AI and a solid command of UI/UX principles.
• Skills. You are proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (primarily Photoshop After Effects Illustrator and InDesign) and possess a mastery of photo manipulation and compositing that delivers visually stunning results.
• Stakeholder Management. You build and maintain excellent relationships negotiating effectively to achieve the best outcomes.
• Project Management. You combine strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail effectively managing multiple projects to meet deadlines and exceed quality standards consistently.
• Communication. You communicate clearly and confidently both verbally and in writing.
• Organization & Problem-Solving. You apply strong organizational and problem-solving skills to keep projects on track and deliver results.
• Language.  English fluency is required as its our main language on and off the pitch. As the #1 sports betting company in Germany proficiency in the German language would be a strong advantage.
