At KoRo were building a future where sustainable sourcing is at the heart of everything we do. Were looking for a strategic leader to take our sustainable sourcing transformation to the next level embedding high-impact roadmaps and HREDD/EUDR compliance into our procurement operations. This is a 14-month parental leave cover offering you the chance to make a tangible impact in a fast-growing dynamic company.

Your Responsibilities:

Drive the development and rollout of KoRos Sustainable Sourcing Roadmap in collaboration with Procurement Product and other key stakeholders
Advance Human Rights & Environmental Due Diligence (HREDD) by refining risk assessment methodologies and scaling sustainable supplier management systems
Co-lead the integration of EUDR software and related measures across the supplier base to ensure regulatory compliance
Lead strategic initiatives within Procurement including defining sustainability targets and fostering long-term partnerships with key suppliers
Facilitate the transition to direct supply chains for strategic raw materials and product groups to increase transparency and control

Dein Profil

Deep knowledge of HREDD processes and related international standards (UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights ILO Core Labor Standards OECD Guidelines)
Up-to-date expertise on EUDR requirements and compliance implications
Proven track record of developing and implementing Sustainable Sourcing strategies preferably in the food and agricultural sector
Strong strategic project management skills: ability to lead cross-functional transformation projects and manage diverse stakeholders
Analytical rigor structured thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on mentality; comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Confidence in cross-functional collaboration; high problem-solving capability and comfort addressing conflicts when needed
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
