Job Summary

Summary
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for overseeing all financial strategic and risk management operations of the company. The role involves providing strategic direction on financial planning fund management corporate governance compliance and capital structuring to ensure sustainable business growth and profitability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Provide financial and commercial advice to management for decision-making on new business opportunities mergers
and investments.
Lead the long-term business planning financial modeling and forecasting process.

Treasury & Fund Management
Manage fund-based and non-fund-based working capital facilities including term loans LCs SBLCs and bank guarantees.
Liaise with banks financial institutions rating agencies and investors to secure optimal financing arrangements.
Monitor and manage organizational cash flow and liquidity.

Accounting Audit & Compliance
Ensure finalization of accounts as per IND AS and other statutory requirements.
Supervise internal statutory and tax audits; coordinate with auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Oversee all regulatory compliance including direct and indirect taxes Companies Act and other financial laws.

Budgeting & Financial Planning
Lead annual budgeting and financial planning cycles.
Monitor financial performance through variance analysis and suggest corrective measures.
Evaluate project profitability cost structures and financial feasibility of expansion initiatives.

Risk & Governance
Implement internal control systems and financial policies to safeguard company assets.
Assess business and financial risks; propose mitigation strategies.
Provide financial insights and risk assessments to the Board and senior management.

Team Leadership & Development
Lead and develop the Finance & Accounts team across multiple locations.
Drive talent development continuous learning and performance culture within the department.

Job Requirement:

Key Competencies

Strategic and analytical thinker with strong business acumen.
Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills.
High integrity ethics and ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in financial systems ERP and MIS reporting.

Qualification & Experience
Chartered Accountant (CA) with 18 years of post-qualification experience.
Proven leadership in corporate finance treasury and taxation in large-scale manufacturing or recycling industries.
Strong experience in IND AS reporting audits and financial restructuring.
Demonstrated success in fund raising working capital optimization and stakeholder management.
