Job Summary
Chemist - Ink Manufacturing-Surat-1L
Experience:7-10 years (Ink manufacturing experience mandatory)
Salary- 1 lakh/ month
Role Purpose:
To generate revenue through sales of offset and label printing machines managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Role Purpose:
To lead ink formulation manufacturing and quality control ensuring consistent product performance process efficiency and technical support to business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Ink Formulation & Development
-
Develop improve and customize formulations for:
-
Digital textile inks
-
Pigment inks (textile & non-textile)
-
Water-based inks
-
UV inks
-
-
Ensure ink stability color consistency viscosity and print performance
Manufacturing & Production
-
Oversee daily ink manufacturing and batch production
-
Scale lab formulations to bulk manufacturing
-
Optimize production processes and reduce wastage
Quality Control
-
Monitor quality standards and approve batches
-
Troubleshoot formulation production and performance issues
-
Maintain SOPs quality records and documentation
Technical & Team Support
-
Provide technical support to sales and application teams
-
Coordinate with R&D for new product development

Train and guide junior chemists and production staff
Candidate Profile:
-
MSc Chemistry / Polymer Chemistry / Chemical Engineering
-
7-10 years of experience in printing ink manufacturing
-
Strong knowledge of:
-
Pigment dispersion
-
Resins binders additives
-
Water-based and UV ink systems
-

Hands-on experience in manufacturing environment

Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
