Role Overview

We are seeking a Fashion Designer experienced in heavy machinery embroidery to develop and manage embroidered designs for sarees and ethnic wear collections. The role requires hands-on knowledge of embroidery machines and coordination with production teams.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop heavy embroidery patterns for sarees and ethnic wear
Work on machinery embroidery such as:
- Multi-head embroidery machines
- Zari sequins thread stone and bead embroidery
  
  Candidate Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Fashion Designing or Textile Designing
2-6 years experience in heavy embroidery / machinery work
Strong understanding of embroidery techniques fabrics and trims
Experience in sarees lehengas or ethnic wear preferred
Ability to work closely with production and sampling teams
Knowledge of embroidery software is an added advantage
Creative detail-oriented and production-focused mindset
Prepare design layouts motifs and embroidery placements
Coordinate with embroidery machine operators and karigars
Supervise sampling and ensure design accuracy & quality
Modify designs as per buyer or market requirements
Stay updated with latest embroidery trends and market demands
Manage timelines for sampling and bulk production
