About the Role:
Glean is seeking a Brand Designer who can turn complex ideas into simple powerful designs. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling and execution. Youll design across the web campaigns product storytelling and digital experiences and translate AI and product concepts into clear compelling visuals. Youll also contribute to the systems and frameworks that allow great work to scale across the company. Were looking for someone with strong craft sharp instincts and the ability to move quickly. You should be comfortable working across mediums collaborating closely with product and marketing teams and pushing the work forward not just executing it.
You will:
Design across web campaigns and product storytelling
Turn complex concepts into clear compelling visuals
Contribute to Gleans brand system and scalable design frameworks
Partner cross-functionally to bring ideas to life
About you:
Have strong design fundamentals and taste
Can work across multiple mediums (web motion campaigns)
Think beyond execution and contribute ideas
