The Role:
Were looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to help drive innovation efficiency and continuous improvement across our production operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys optimizing processes solving manufacturing challenges and collaborating cross-functionally to improve performance.
What Youll Do:
Project Management
- Support and lead manufacturing projects from concept through implementation
- Develop and maintain project timelines action items and deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing goals with business needs
- Provide project updates identify risks and recommend mitigation actions
Lean & Process Optimization
- Apply Lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve productivity
- Participate in and support Kaizen events root cause analyses and continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct process reviews and implement data-driven improvements
- Support standard work development and process documentation
Material Flow Optimization
- Analyze and improve material flow throughout manufacturing operations
- Support the design and implementation of efficient material movement systems
- Partner with production and logistics teams to reduce bottlenecks and improve throughput
- Track and report KPIs related to efficiency and flow
Quality & Cost Management
- Support quality control standards and manufacturing best practices
- Use basic statistical methods to monitor and improve process performance
- Participate in CAPA activities and ensure compliance with applicable standards
- Identify cost-reduction opportunities through improved processes and layouts
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with engineering production quality and supply chain teams
- Support the evaluation and implementation of new tools equipment and manufacturing technologies
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
What Youll Bring:
- Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related filed
- 2 plus years of experience in manufacturing environment
- Experience with manufacturing process process improvement and production support
- Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficiency with CAD and manufacturing-related software
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
- Hands-on mindset with desire to learn grow and contribute.
