We are now looking for aClient Operations Analystto join our team. This role reports to the Client Operations Manager.

Job Description

As Client Operations Analyst you play a pivotal role in supporting the DACH Client Leadership team by overseeing and managing key client management processes. With a comprehensive understanding of clients and their projects you ensure adherence to company guidelines and compliance standards. This includes supporting and supervising the client closing and review process to maintain data accuracy and quality. You also provide the necessary tools and procedures to the client leadership team for effective client addition you are responsible for managing day-to-day activities such as invoicing and reporting while providing guidance on processes and policies to ensure smooth operations. An essential skill will be collaborating with other department leaders and developing relationships to improve Client Operations processes. All members of the Client Operations team need to be self-sufficient enjoy solving problems and have a passion for improving the way we do things.

Responsibilities and accountabilities

  • Provide all necessary tools and reports as per standard requirements to monitor client activity

  • Oversight and control of critical client management processes.

  • Maintenance of a comprehensive understanding of clients and their respective projects

  • Support and supervision of the client closing and review process.

  • Execution and supervision of defined administrative tasks on a recurring basis

  • Development and documentation of client scope budget and related parameters

  • Collection analysis and provide status information financial reports and budget outlines to executives

  • Management of day-to-day activities including commercial tasks such as invoicing and reporting

  • Ensuring adherence to company guidelines and furnishing necessary tools and procedures for effective client management

  • Guaranteeing client data quality and compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Ability to provide management with an overview of all ongoing activities and identify any blind spots

  • Provide guidance on processes and policies to internal teams

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in client operations or similar roles.

  • Basic knowledge of business Indicators

  • Strong understanding of client management processes and best practices.

  • Experience in the definition and elaboration of processes and standards.

  • Can interpret data and describe process flows

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Teams PowerPoint etc..).

  • Nice to have: Dynamics 36 Salesforce

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Good English written and spoken

  • German as an advantage
