Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Female Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) to perform diagnostic imaging procedures and provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will operate imaging equipment adhere to radiation safety protocols and collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare staff to support accurate diagnoses.
Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-rays according to physician orders.
Prepare and position patients correctly explaining procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation.
Operate and maintain radiologic imaging equipment safely and effectively.
Adhere to radiation safety standards and infection control protocols.
Review and verify image quality for diagnostic accuracy.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with radiologists physicians and nursing staff to support patient care.
Ensure patient comfort privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
Associates or Bachelors degree in Radiologic Technology.
Valid ARRT certification (required).
Active state licensure (as applicable).
Knowledge of radiographic procedures and radiation safety.
Strong attention to detail and patient-care skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
