Primary Function:
The Senior Director ERP Process & Controls leads enterprise process design controls framework development and cross-functional integration required to successfully select and implement Dashiells next-generation ERP platform. This role partners closely with leaders across Project Management Engineering Construction Field Services Supply Chain HR IT and Finance to define future-state workflows establish scalable standards and embed practical controls and data governance across the full project lifecycle.
The Senior Director ensures the ERP program delivers measurable business value through strong adoption disciplined execution and consistent operating rhythms from design through go-live and stabilization. This role operates as a hands-on leader translating business strategy into executable processes and system requirements while balancing rigor usability and field practicality. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Transformation this role will be based at the corporate office at 12301 Kurland Drive Houston Texas.
Duties & Responsibilities
Employee may be called upon to perform any or all of the following functions:
- Lead enterprise process design efforts supporting ERP selection and implementation across the full project lifecycle.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to define future-state end-to-end workflows including quote-to-cash procure-to-pay record-to-report time capture job cost and closeout.
- Facilitate structured process workshops to align stakeholders on roles handoffs approvals and decision points that support consistent execution across offices and projects.
- Translate business needs into clear ERP requirements including process maps user stories control points role-based permissions and reporting specifications.
- Establish and maintain an enterprise controls framework including approval logic audit trails segregation of duties and documentation aligned with business risk and compliance requirements.
- Define and govern master data standards (customers vendors chart of accounts cost codes projects) to support reliable reporting and scalable operations.
- Collaborate with IT and ERP implementation partners on solution design integration patterns and implementation sequencing to support adoption and long-term maintainability.
- Lead business readiness activities including UAT planning training alignment cutover preparation and hypercare support planning.
- Maintain an integrated ERP roadmap decision log and risk register; surface tradeoffs early and drive timely decisions to keep delivery on track.
- Support change management by ensuring processes controls and data standards are practical usable and embedded into daily operations.
- Serve as an escalation point for process controls and ERP-related issues.
- Champion disciplined execution transparency and accountability throughout the ERP program.
- Perform special projects and complete other duties as assigned or requested.

- Strong command of project lifecycle economics and operations including estimating execution job cost change management billing/cash management and closeout.
- Demonstrated ability to design end-to-end workflows that are practical for field execution and scalable across multiple offices.
- Experience translating business requirements into implementable system designs including process maps role-based access models controls frameworks and reporting specifications.
- Proven ability to drive alignment across functions with competing priorities through structured facilitation decision-making and risk management.
