Job Summary
Grafton Winery & Brewhaus is looking for motivated Line Cooks to join our kitchen team! If you have a passion for food thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in your craft this is your chance to work in one of the areas most scenic and popular restaurants.
We are open all year round and always need great staff!
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes portion standards and presentation guidelines.
Work efficiently on the line during busy service periods (lunch dinner weekends events).
Assist with food prep stocking and organization to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
Maintain food safety cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and consistent ticket execution.
Follow proper storage labeling and rotation procedures to reduce waste.
Requirements
Previous line cook prep cook or kitchen experience preferred but well train the right candidate.
Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume kitchen.
Strong attention to detail and consistency in plating and prep.
Reliable team-oriented and professional attitude.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
