En tant que stagiaire GI votre rôle principal sera de soutenir léquipe dans le cadre de ses fonctions.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec léquipe génie industriel ainsi que léquipe naturelle des postes de production.

Vos missions et responsabilités

Votre tuteur/tutrice vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous accompagnera dans le développement de vos compétences.

Vos principales activités seront les suivantes :

• Participer au développement des méthodologies standard de léquipe

• Faire des observations sur le plancher de production

• Participer à lamélioration des processus dans le cadre du Système opérationnel dAirbus (AOS - Airbus Operating System)

• Planifier et effectuer des études de temps sur des activités de production

• Recueillir des informations à partir de SAP

• Documenter des Aléas récurrents et voir à partir des projets pour les radier

• Estimer des temps à laide dun guide dapplication

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

• Comprendre le lien entre le système ERP et la mise en application ;

• Déceler les opportunités damélioration et den faire des projets constructifs ;

• Améliorer et mettre à jour le référentiel ;

• Démontrer la performance et défis de lorganisation ;

• Voir et comprendre les vrais réalités plancher

Compétences et qualifications souhaitées

Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Baccalauréat (ou équivalent) dans le domaine de Génie Industriel ou une discipline apparentée

Durant vos études et expériences précédentes vous avez développé les compétences suivantes :

• Vous possédez des aptitudes de gestion de projets (débutant accepté).

• Vous êtes un excellent communicateur à loral et à lécrit en français et fonctionnel en anglais.

• Vous jouez en équipe et avez de la facilité à interagir avec les gens.

• Vous avez de lInitiative êtes dynamique ponctuel et professionnel.

• Vous êtes autonome avec une approche orientée client.

• Vous vous organisez et êtes capable de respecter une échéance.

• Vous avez de lintérêt pour lamélioration continue / Lean Manufacturing / amélioration des processus.

• Compétences linguistiques attendues :

  • Anglais : Intermédiaire

  • Français : Avancé

Your tutor will help you to identify your career objectives and support you in developing your skills.

Your main activities will be as follows:

• Participate in the development of the teams standard methodologies

• Participate in the improvement of processes within the framework of the Airbus Operating

• Plan and carry out time studies on production activities

• Collect information from SAP

• Compile and analyze data and write improvement opportunity reports

• Estimate times using an application guide

• Identify opportunities for improvement.

This internship will enable you to develop the following skills in particular:

• Understand the link between the ERP system and implementation;

• Identify opportunities for improvement and turn them into constructive projects;

• Improve and update the repository;

• Demonstrate the organizations performance and challenges;

Are you currently an enrolled full-time student for a Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in industrial engineering or a related discipline

During your previous studies and experience you have developed the following skills:

• First practical experience in the field of industrial engineering is desirable.

• High level of autonomy and drive (you will however be supported by a tutor from the department)

• Good communication skills with an open-minded and proactive attitude

• Self-organized

• Language skills expected :

  • English: Intermediate
