Overview
Our Kansas City team is growing! We are looking for a hands-on Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead crews manage work and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial job sites
Plan assign and coordinate daily work activities and manpower
Read and interpret blueprints specs and electrical drawings
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with NEC company standards and job specifications
Enforce safety policies and conduct jobsite safety meetings
Coordinate with project managers superintendents inspectors and other trades
Track productivity materials and job progress
Train mentor and develop apprentices and journeymen
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of commercial electrical work
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree
Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical systems
Proven leadership and communication skills
Strong safety mindset and jobsite awareness
Valid drivers license
