Job Description:
Were looking for a Creative Strategy Intern to join Dentsu Creatives Fashion & Luxury team supporting strategic work for international fashion beauty and luxury brands.
If fashion culture social media and emerging forms of communication are part of your daily life well probably speak the same language.
What youll actually do:
Competitive analysis of fashion & luxury brands (positioning presence codes)
Ongoing monitoring of cultural and social trends (territory platforms creators aesthetics)
Support in building strategic presentations (from insights to creative outputs)
Support on social media strategy: tone of voice formats channels PEDS creator activations
Contribution to social reporting and analysis (performance reviews qualitative insights learnings)
Who you are:
- Studying (or recently graduated in) communication design fashion marketing or similar
- Able to combine analytical thinking with creative sensitivity
- Genuinely passionate about fashion and luxury culture (not just brands but aesthetics shows imagery subcultures)
- Social media savvy: deeply interested in the entire social ecosystem (platform dynamics formats creators algorithms)
- Curious about AI and new forms of communication (Midjourney new tools evolving creative processes)
- Strong writing skills (English and Italian are required)
- Confident with PowerPoint; Figma and Adobe tools are a plus
