Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Service Manager to oversee our growing OSHC Service Baringa State School Helping Hands. This permanent full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a high-quality OSHC program.
About the role:
Leading a team of Coordinators and Educators you will manage a service in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. Youll have the support of a state-specific office regular visits and mentorship from an experienced Regional Leader. This is a permanent full-time position structured in block shifts to support work-life balance.
- Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program.
- Foster healthy relationships with children the school community and parents.
- Lead a team of Educators onsite including roster management.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of your service.
- Ensure quality and compliance in service delivery in line with the NQF.
- Grow attendance to support children and families.

Who are we looking for
- Substantial experience working with children in a leadership position or a similar role.
- Minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Diploma in Childrens Services) or have completed a minimum of 2 years of full-time study in a relevant field.
- Current and valid Blue Card to work with children or state-required check.
- Clear and professional communication.
- Full Australian working rights
