You will be part of the Regional Financial Services Marketing team supporting Grabs Financial Services ecosystem across GrabFin and Digibanks in Southeast Asia.
This team drives go-to-market execution for lending and payments products that help consumers and driver-partners manage cash flow access credit responsibly and transact seamlessly in everyday life. These include cash loans Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) and core payments supporting use cases from daily spending to short-term liquidity and income smoothing.
As a Marketing Manager you will play a lead role in shaping and delivering regional GTM execution working across multiple markets and stakeholders.

As Regional Marketing Manager Financial Services you will own and lead regional go-to-market (GTM) execution for lending and payments products across Southeast Asia covering both consumer and driver-partner segments.
This is a senior execution leadership role. Leading not just for delivery but for how well GTM works translating business goals into clear workstreams orchestrating execution across teams adapting plans based on data and continuously raising execution quality.
You will be trusted to operate with ambiguity make sound decisions and influence outcomes across product business analytics risk and country teams.
You will report to Regional Head of Marketing - Financial Services and be based onsite at Petaling Jaya office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Regional GTM Leadership & Execution (60%)
- Lead end-to-end regional GTM execution for cash loans BNPL and payments.
- Translate business objectives into clear GTM plans milestones and execution priorities.
- Break down product or segment goals into discrete workstreams and projects with measurable outcomes.
- Orchestrate execution across regional and country teams ensuring launches are clear compliant and time manner.
- Anticipate risks identify execution gaps and drive resolution independently.
Market Enablement & Execution Excellence (20%)
- Set and uphold execution standards frameworks and GTM playbooks across markets.
- Lead launch readiness reviews and ensure markets meet quality and compliance bars.
- Guide markets on local adaptation while maintaining regional consistency.
Performance Insights & Continuous Improvement (20%)
- Own consolidation of GTM performance market learnings and execution outcomes.
- Use data and insights to adapt plans refine execution and improve results.
- Design and evaluate experiments to test GTM approaches and optimise effectiveness.
- Continuously improve how lending and payments GTM operates across the region.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing go-to-market execution product marketing or leading regional campaigns.
- Overseeing projects from start to finish focusing on achieving results rather than just completing tasks.
- Consistently seeks opportunities for growth efficiency and improved execution.
- Capable of quickly adapting plans based on new data insights or changes in the market.
- Effective collaborator with cross-functional stakeholders building consensus and partnerships.
- Proficient in using data to inform decisions evaluate performance and design experiments.

- Responsible for the teams performance growth and morale.
