- Coordinate the planning scheduling and delivery of training programs and workshops for employees at all levels
- Support the development of training materials including presentations manuals and digital content
- Organize logistics for training events including venue arrangements equipment setup and participant communications
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions
- Track training attendance completion rates and participant feedback to measure program effectiveness
- Collaborate with department managers to understand their teams development needs and customize training solutions
- Maintain organized records of all training activities certifications and employee development plans
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees ensuring smooth integration into the organization
- Support the evaluation and selection of external training vendors and learning resources
- Communicate training opportunities and program updates to employees through various channels
Qualifications :
**Required Qualifications:**
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Education or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in learning and development training coordination or human resources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy and quality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
