Job Summary

Were looking for an organized and collaborative L&D Coordinator to join our team in El Qusier this role you will play a key part in designing coordinating and delivering learning and development initiatives that support employee growth and organizational success. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented efficient and passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning within our organization.

  • Coordinate the planning scheduling and delivery of training programs and workshops for employees at all levels
  • Support the development of training materials including presentations manuals and digital content
  • Organize logistics for training events including venue arrangements equipment setup and participant communications
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions
  • Track training attendance completion rates and participant feedback to measure program effectiveness
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand their teams development needs and customize training solutions
  • Maintain organized records of all training activities certifications and employee development plans
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees ensuring smooth integration into the organization
  • Support the evaluation and selection of external training vendors and learning resources
  • Communicate training opportunities and program updates to employees through various channels

Qualifications :

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Education or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in learning and development training coordination or human resources
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy and quality
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
