Workday HR Systems Manager Reporting & Integration (all genders)

About the role

In this role you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless data flow across our HR and corporate technology ecosystem enabling the People to operate efficiently and effectively across multiple platforms.

As a workday HR systems Manager you will leverage your expertise in Workday integrations data exchange protocols and system architecture to ensure that our integrations are robust scalable and aligned with business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders and leadership teams -ensuring that the integration solutions are secure reliable and future-proof.

What you will do

Reporting & Analytics

• Design develop and maintain Workday custom reports (Advanced Matrix Composite).
• Build and optimize dashboards for HR business leaders and other stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy integrity and security across all reporting.
• Translate HR Finance and business requirements into actionable reports.
• Support compliance reporting including audits and regulatory needs (GDPR EEO local labor laws).

Integrations

• Design build test and maintain integrations using EIB Core Connectors and Workday Studio.
• Manage and troubleshoot inbound and outbound integrations with third-party systems (e.g. payroll benefits recruiting).
• Ensure integrations meet security scalability and performance standards.
• Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors on integration projects and issue resolution.

System Support & Continuous Improvement

• Provide technical expertise on Workday configuration changes related to reporting and integrations.
• Participate in Workday release testing and assess impacts on reports and integrations.
• Document processes configurations and integration flows for knowledge sharing.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve data accessibility.

What Youll Need to Succeed

• Proven experience with Workday Reporting (Advanced Matrix Composite) and Workday Integrations (EIB Core Connectors Workday Studio).
• Strong understanding of HR processes and collaboration with HR Finance and IT stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data governance security and compliance (GDPR EEO local labor regulations).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience troubleshooting integrations.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Adaptability to new system releases tools and processes.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and/or BIRT reporting.
• Familiarity with other HRIS systems or cloud-based platforms.
• Background in data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
• Experience working in an international environment with complex compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of Agile or project management methodologies.
• Certification in Workday Reporting or Integrations.
