- Typical schedules include 2 to 4 days per week and may include some weekends
- Clients located within approximately 30 minutes of your home whenever possible

Responsibilities
- Provide social companionship conversation and routine check ins
- Assist with light housekeeping including dishes laundry and general tidy up
- Prepare simple meals and encourage hydration
- Assist with errands and transportation to appointments or shopping when needed
- Provide safety supervision and fall prevention awareness
- Document visits using the caregiver scheduling app and simple shift notes

Requirements
- Florida CNA license or Home Health Aide certification required
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver license reliable vehicle and auto insurance
- Smartphone for scheduling and documentation app
- Completion of Florida state required home care courses
- Strong communication skills and a friendly supportive approach with seniors
Work Location
- Care is provided in person in clients homes throughout Clay County and surrounding areas
Compensation: $17.00 base per hour can be more depending on client care level
