Job Title: Senior Automation Test Lead
Position: Senior Test Engineer

Your future duties and responsibilities:
Lead enterprise-wide test automation and quality strategy.
Drive Scaled Agile (SAFe) quality governance across programs.
Establish and manage an Automation Center of Excellence (CoE).
Integrate continuous testing within CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.
Evaluate and implement new testing tools and innovations.
Own quality metrics dashboards and release readiness.
Act as a quality advisor for clients and senior stakeholders.
Build and mentor high-performing QA teams.
Lead QA transformation and modernization initiatives.
Support pre-sales estimations and delivery planning.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Strong hands on exp with Selenium Web Driver Cucumber and Karate framework
Design and develop high-quality automated UI and API tests for web applications
Design and build industry-standard test automation solutions and scripts Perform in-sprint manual and automation testing in an agile setting
Develop and manage software test plans and traceability
Write high-quality regression test plans for application under validation
Provide manual and automation testing estimates during discover and sprint planning phases of development lifecycle
Investigate automated & manual test failures to ensure application correctness update automated UI/ API test scripts as needed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
