Compensation & Miles

Average weekly earnings $1600
$1000 weekly minimum guaranteed for the first 6 months
Mileage pay ranging from $0.69 to $0.81 CPM
Typical weekly mileage between 2000 and 2200
$15 short-haul pay for trips under 50 miles
Stop pay structure: $15 first stop $20 second stop
Regional schedules with weekly or bi-weekly home time

Recent Graduates / Trainees

Minimum age: 21 years old
Valid CDL-A required
46 week paid training program
Minimum 120 hours from an accredited CDL school
Solid work history with no major employment gaps

Driver Qualifications

Valid CDL-A license
Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
Must be 21 years old
Pass DOT physical and drug screening
Acceptable MVR and PSP
Safety-focused driving record
