The Role

As a Senior PPC Specialist you will lead the development and execution of multi-market paid search strategies. Youll manage large client accounts collaborate with international teams and ensure campaigns deliver exceptional results. This role combines strategic thinking operational excellence and leadership. You will also contribute to innovation cross-functional projects and knowledge sharing within the team.

What Youll Do

• Develop and implement PPC strategies across multiple markets;

• Define objectives KPIs and forecasting;

• Lead complex accounts and international projects;

• Manage stakeholders and deliver compelling client presentations;

• Optimize campaigns based on performance data;

• Collaborate with SEO social and creative teams for integrated solutions;

• Support pitches and business development initiatives;

• Mentor junior and mid-level specialists;

• Drive innovation and adopt new tools and methodologies.

Who You Are

• 45 years of experience in PPC/SEA management;

• Proven experience with international accounts and platforms (Google Ads Bing Analytics Search Ads 360);

• Strong analytical and strategic skills;

• Project & Stakeholder management skills;

• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus);

• Proactive curious and results-driven;

• Experience in team coaching and cross-functional collaboration is an advantage.
