The role
This role combines concept art direction and execution.Youwill collaborate withmore art directors content creatorscommunitymanagersand the rest of the social mediateam tobuild and nurture online social media content.You must be able to work as part of ateam butalso fly solo.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage the content calendar making sure every piece fits into a bigger narrative.
Come up withoriginal content ideas formats and campaigns (not just trends)
Designand producecontentyourself(staticmotion video etc.)
Experimentwithnewstylesformats and creativeapproaches(includingIA)
Content creation including photo shoot & video production(withIphone)
Work closely with community managers& content creatorsto ensure a seamless integration of visuals and messaging.
Manage project timelines ensuring that creative assets are delivered on schedule.
Skills and Abilities
Creative thinker ideas person.
Ability to both ideate and execute
Comfortableowninga creativevisionandpushingitforward
Haveexperience creating content for social media using a mobile phone microphone and imagination. Experience handling a camera or other recording equipment is a plus.
Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite (focus on After Effects)
Have a keen eye for detail and art direction.
Strong time management skills.Ability to multitask prioritize projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
