Job Description
- 合同的整理和归集Collect and file contract hardcopies
- 按要求维护合同主文档Maintain contract master file
- 将已签订的合同按要求上传至合同管理系统Upload existing contracts to contract management system.
Qualifications
- 本科或研究生full-time undergraduate or above
- 工作认真细致Demonstrated ability to work carefully and meticulously
- 良好的沟通协调能力Strong ability for communication and coordination
- 熟练使用常用办公软件Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
