Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the companys IT infrastructure including servers networks and applications
- Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability
- Install configure and troubleshoot hardware and software components
- Implement security measures to protect data and systems
- Provide support to end users and assist with IT-related issues
- Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations and processes
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network protocols operating systems and virtualization technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in system administration
- Experience working with HVAC or similar industry systems is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $70000 per year
- Maximum Salary: $95000 per year
- Benefits package including health insurance retirement plans and paid time off
