Job Description
The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing on-site civil construction activities ensuring that all work is executed safely efficiently and according to project specifications and quality standards. The role involves managing manpower coordinating with various site teams and maintaining compliance with safety and QA/QC procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor daily site activities related to civil works.

Manage RFIs (Request for Information) and maintain project checklists.

Supervise manpower activities and maintain daily timesheets.
-
Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings safety standards and QA/QC requirements.

Review and interpret shop drawings; guide workers and foremen accordingly.
-
Coordinate with riggers machinery operators and subcontractors to ensure smooth site operations.
-
Maintain a zero-incident safety record on site.

Enforce quality and safety standards among all workers.
-
Report daily progress challenges and issues to the Civil Engineer.
Future Use: Applicable for site supervision roles in construction industrial or infrastructure projects.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
35 years of experience in site supervision within construction or contracting projects.
Strong knowledge of civil construction methods materials and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
Familiarity with QA/QC and safety procedures.
Excellent leadership coordination and communication skills.
Ability to manage workforce efficiently under pressure.
Knowledge of RFI management and documentation processes.
