Job Summary

Management Solutions International (MSI) is HIRING!

We are looking to hire a Contract Specialist for a 6-month contract with a reputed company in Qatar.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Law Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in contract drafting negotiation and administration.
Strong knowledge of Qatari contract laws and commercial regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

Draft review and negotiate contracts agreements and legal documents.
Ensure all contracts comply with legal and company policies.
Monitor contract performance and manage contract renewals amendments and terminations.
Coordinate with legal teams and internal departments to ensure contractual obligations are met.
Maintain a repository of all contractual documents and track deadlines.

Contract Type: 6 Months (Extendable based on project needs)
