About the Role

This application is for a 12-week internship role from June - August 2026. Resume review begins in February 2026.

As an intern you will join the Global Network Strategy and Planning department. The Network Strategy team provides strategic decision support and risk management to Biogens Pharmaceutical Operations and Technology (PO&T)division which is responsible for advancing our therapeutic pipeline and ensuring reliable supply of our commercial therapies to patients.

What Youll Do:

The intern will lead the effort to strengthen business analytical tools and frameworks for strategy development by partnering with leaders in the network strategy team External manufacturing and Global supply chain teams.

  • Develop / enhance the business analytical tools and frameworks for global manufacturing network strategy
  • Understand ERP systems and skills to leverage current data structure
  • Understand supply chain and manufacturing network integration
  • Develop the methodology and data analytical techniques for decision making

Who You Are:

Knowledgeable in biotech manufacturing processes supply chain management risk assessment methodologies

  • Knowledge of different stages of manufacturing in pharmaceutical / biotech industries
  • Experienced with developing business analytical tools that generate insights
  • Have experience in Supply Chain analytics
  • Aptitude to learn and recommend integration of analytical approaches for strategy development and execution
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage complexity and manage multiple priorities
  • Must be team-oriented (proactively builds healthy working relationships)

To participate in the Biogen Internship or Co-op Program students must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • At least 18 years of age prior to the scheduled start date.
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited community college college university or skills program/apprenticeship.

Education

MBA or masters degree (MS) in Supply Chain Management in progress

Additional Information

The base compensation range for this role is: $29.00-$57.00


The actual hourly wage offered will consider the candidates current academic level and degree candidacy inclusive of Associate Bachelors Masters JD MD PhD and MBA programs. It will comply with state or local minimum wage requirements specific to the job location.
