Registered Manager Childrens Residential Home
Salary: Up to 70000 Performance Bonus
We are recruiting an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a newly opened childrens residential home offering a rare opportunity to shape a service from the very beginning with the full backing of a supportive provider.
This role is ideal for an established Registered Manager who is ready to take ownership build a strong team and create a high-quality compliant and nurturing home for young people.
About the Role
As Registered Manager you will play a key role in commissioning and developing the home embedding strong systems values and practice from day one. You will be fully supported by the Responsible Individual and wider senior team allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding care and leadership.
Key Job Details
- Salary: Up to 70000 per annum
- Bonus: Performance-related bonus scheme
- Setting: Childrens residential care
- Home Status: Brand new provision

What Youll Need
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Childrens Residential Care
- Experience as a Registered Manager in a childrens residential home
- Involvement in leading or preparing for Ofsted inspections
- Strong knowledge of childrens residential regulations and safeguarding
- Confidence taking accountability for quality compliance and outcomes
What Youll Do
- Support the commissioning and development of the service
- Register with Ofsted and maintain ongoing regulatory compliance
- Lead the day-to-day management of the childrens home
- Recruit supervise and develop a high-quality staff team
- Embed strong safeguarding care planning and risk management processes
- Prepare for and lead Ofsted inspections and monitoring visits
- Maintain oversight of quality staffing and performance
