Job Title AI Enablement Lead in Risk

In this role you will play an important role in the transformation and modernisation of risk processes within the Chief Risk Office (CRO) function with a primary focus on Credit Risk. The objective is to significantly improve the effectiveness and efficiency of these processes by leveraging new technologies such as Cloud Native Computing and innovative approaches such as Machine Learning Large Language Models or AI Agents.

The ideal candidate brings extensive transformation and changemanagement experience with a proven track record of implementing technologyenabled process improvements using Cloud and AI. This role requires defining and prioritising use cases that drive measurable efficiency gains across the CRO organisation. Close collaboration with key partners will be essential to ensure successful delivery and sustainable adoption.

Your key responsibilities

  • Shaping the key areas for transformation in collaboration with stakeholders and team members

  • Lead transformation initiatives end-to-end with a focus on outcome and managing overarching dependencies

  • Work closely with senior leaders support the adoption of advanced analytics machine learning and AI in solving complex credit risk cases

  • Play a role in driving the transformation initiatives to modernise and standardise the risk function.

  • Focus on the current and future needs of Risk processes in the CRO area with focus on Credit Risk

  • Support the adoption of advanced analytics machine learning and AI in solving complex credit risk cases

Your skills and experience

  • Strong experience in Project Management ideally with strong link to Risk Management

  • Proven ability to simplify modernise and digitise grown IT landscapes and drive transformations by using Cloud and AI technologies

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Data Science Artificial Intelligence and respective regulation

  • Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills with an ability to develop sustainable and achievable innovative solutions and get things done

  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with business and IT stakeholders

  • Excellent communication skills both in effective listening and conveying messages to a wide range of stakeholder groups. Team player with experience working in cross-functional and international environments
