Job Summary

Role Overview

Next Dimension is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver client and internal technology projects within a fast-paced MSP environment. This roleis responsible forplanning coordinating and executing projects across multiple stakeholders while ensuring timelines scope and budgets are met. This posting is for a current vacancy.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end delivery of MSP projects including onboarding infrastructure upgrades and migrations;

- Build andmaintainproject plans usingMoovila;

- Manage scope risks issues and change control;

- Coordinate engineers vendors and clients;

- Act as the primary client contact for projects;

-Maintaindocumentation and reporting in ConnectWise.

Technical Collaboration (Nice to Have)

- Systems administration and networking knowledge;

- Microsoft 365 Azure Windows Server firewalls VPNs.

Required Qualifications

- 5 years MSP experience;

- 3 years project management experience;

- Strong client-facing communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP PRINCE2 or CAPM;

-Moovilaor ConnectWise PM experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $100000 - $120000;
