About the Team & Business Line:

Mercator by Citco is the pioneer of Global Entity Portfolio Management services. Our centralized client service infrastructure means we are able to provide end-to-end support in over 180 jurisdictions worldwide.
The majority of our clients are multinational corporations with anywhere upwards from 50 legal entities. They include Fortune 1000 Global 2000 and industry leaders based globally and covering major business sectors.

Working with our team you will work with multinational clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.

Your Role:

  • Reporting to an Account Manager based in our global office in Vilnius Lithuania you will maintain and develop multiple business relations with clients Citco offices law firms and other third parties.

  • You willbe responsible for overall supervision of the designated portfolio of clients ensuring that all client queries and requests are processed and completed in a timely manner efficiently and qualitatively.

  • You willassign draft review and file documents and state forms draftedfor all stages of company lifecycle i.e. from company incorporation through to dissolution for clients in various US states accordance to legal requirements with agreed deadlines.

  • You will supervise and provide commercial registered agent service in Delaware maintain necessary accesses registrations and compliance to regulations applicable to commercial registered agents in the state. You will supervise and cooperate with the colleague to ensure service of process is accepted on behalf of our clients and distributed to dedicated client personnel.

  • You will perform and/ or monitor statutory state and federal filings with authorities for portfolio of clients.

  • You will coordinate with junior colleague to conduct due diligence order certified documents conduct lien searches complete UCC filings.

  • You willassist in coaching and developing team members for their individual advancement and for the benefit of the team.

  • You willcontinuously review and make recommendations for improvements to the existing processes and procedures.

  • You willfollow changes in law in all US stateswhich may impact service delivery and ensure that international and/or industry specific legal requirements are met.

  • You will act as a contact for urgent client matters in the North American time zone when other global offices are off-line.

  • You willassist with migrationandon boarding of clients.

About You:

  • You have a Degree in Law from an accredited law school orhave a Bachelors Degree or paralegal certificate from an approved ABA program.

  • You have5- 10years relevant experience in corporate law field entity management due diligence and corporate maintenance.

  • You have solid experience acting as registered agent in Delaware or providing registered agent service to corporate clients with good understanding of requirements applicable to such service and relevant processes.

  • You have experience working with large multi-national clients.

  • You have workingexperience inclient servicing and project management (international exposure is an asset).

  • You have ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

  • Youare a self-starter andhavetheability to work independently and understand when to escalate.

  • You havestrong attention to detail analytical problem solving and communication skills.

  • You have experience in coaching and developing others.

  • Notary Public commission would be an advantage.
