The School of Business & Communications is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily operations assist academic leadership and ensure smooth coordination across programs. This role is central to maintaining an efficient administrative environment and supporting accreditation budgeting and program management.

Associate degree required; Bachelors degree preferred with at least two years of administrative experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data management. Ability to work independently take initiative and support multiple leaders.
Experience in higher education administration is a plus but not required.
