Job Summary

About the Opportunity

TheSeniorBenefitsAdministratorprovidesabroadrangeofanalysesinthemanagementofdatatosupporttheadministrationofbenefitsprograms.

  • Conduct regular audits of benefitsdatato ensure accuracyinWorkdayand vendorssystems.

  • Create dashboards and provide integrity and prepare reports and audits tomonitortransactions andmaintainaccuracy in reporting. Promptly resolve any issues related to transactions or data.

  • Identifyopportunitiesforoperationalimprovementsandworkwithvariousmulti-functional HR teams to implement new data sources and feeds.

  • Partnerwith vendors to create and run reports and weekly files to meet informational needs and troubleshoot resulting issues.

  • Audit reports and files toidentifyand correct discrepancies to ensure the transfer ofaccuratedata to benefits vendors andthird-party administrators (TPAs) as well as the collection ofappropriate payrolldeductions.

  • Provide customer support for benefit programs through direct employee contact andinterfacingwith external vendors and internal resourcestoresolvecomplexbenefits-related inquiries and coverage changes.

  • Assistwithreportingforregulatoryrequirements.

MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelorsdegree(orequivalent)andthreetofiveyearsofrelatedexperience.

  • Knowledge of group benefit plansincludingmedical dental life and LTD insurance as well as voluntary benefits.

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite includingadvancedExcel skills.

  • Experience withWorkday or similarHR systems.

  • Strong analyticalskills;teamplayer;demonstratedattentiontodetail.

  • Ability tomaintainconfidentialityexperiencewithtime-sensitiveinformationandstrongcustomerserviceskills arerequired.

  • Effective organizational interpersonalandverbal and writtencommunication skills.

  • Must be able to multitask prioritize the workload anddemonstrateflexibility within ahigh-volumeprofessional environment.
