Reporting to: Manager People and PerformanceLocation: Calgary Palmer HangarSchedule Four days on shift followed by four days off based on a 12-hour shift (inclusive of 1 hour of unpaid breaks)Starting salary: $53820Language: All candidates must be proficient in speaking reading and writing in both French and EnglishThe big picture:Have your career take off with us! As the Personal Flight Concierge (PFC) you are essential in enabling our team to go above and beyond working collaboratively to create exceptional tailored customer experiences to our Owners each time they fly with us. You are responsible for ensuring that Owners trip requests are raised and the bookings are accurate while monitoring communicating and responding to client this role you will:Accurately respond to client travel needs ensuring all trip details and preferences are communicated and loaded into the flight scheduling arrange Owners requests for ground logistics such as catering transportation expediting of unaccompanied goods passenger mobility aids arrange Owners in-flight requests such as cabin service attendant level of cabin service cabin configurations special commissary or any other service add-ons and special exceptional customer service to AirSprints high-end clientele; building strong professional relationships to better anticipate and understand our Owners quality control checks for ground logistics in-flight requests and trip a presence in our Calgary Owners lounge in the absence of our Owner Experience Coordinator providing support and assistance to owners as be successful in this role you will have:A minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience in the hospitality/tourism or travel industry including experience working with high-end VIP -secondary education in Travel Hospitality Public Relations or a related proficiency using MS Office including Word Excel and ability to obtain a and oral proficiency in points if you have:Experience in the aviation fit right in if you:Focus on getting things right down to the last good at handling change and can adjust to new effectively in English both verbally and in solutions and working together to find a compromise that everyone can be okay passionate about providing exceptional customer empathy and understanding to navigate social situations committed to growth by seeking and providing constructive good analytical thinking and organizational skills. Have great judgment and decision-making skills/Can roll with the punches without getting flustered.
