Overview

We are seeking aProject Managerto join our Transformation Office and help drive high-impact cross-functional initiatives that support enterprise growth operational excellence and strategic transformation. This role will work across business product engineering data and executive teams to enable successful program executionespecially in areas such asM&A integration enterprise modernization analytics and strategic change initiatives.

The ideal candidate iscurious collaborative analytical and thrives in fast-paced environments. They bring strong project management expertise acrossAgile and Waterfall methodologies exceptional communication skills and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

M&A Integration & Strategic Transformation

• Support the Transformation Office in managing theIntegration Management Office (IMO)for M&A initiatives.
• Develop refine and maintainM&A integration playbooks frameworks templates and processes.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders (Product Engineering Finance HR GTM Customer Support) to ensure seamless integration activities.

Program & Project Leadership

• Lead and supportstrategic cross-functional programsthat are complex enterprise-wide and innovation-focused.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery usingAgile Waterfall or hybrid methodologies selecting the right approach based on project need.
• Maintain project plans RAID logs timelines and dependencies to ensure smooth execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Use structured problem-solving and analytics to identify risks optimize processes and recommend improvements.

Analytics KPIs & Reporting

• Developdata-driven insightsto support project and program governance.
• Support in Design and maintainPower BI dashboardsto track KPIs benefits realization and program health.

• Translate data and findings into clear compelling presentations for senior leadership and steering committees.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Facilitate communication alignment and collaboration across business units.
• Build trusted relationships with leaders SMEs and project teams.
• Prepare and deliverexecutive-level presentationsto drive alignment and informed decision-making.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Identify opportunities for operational optimization scalability and simplification across processes.
• Contribute to the design of new working models governance structures and change management strategies.
• Bring curiosity innovation and a transformation mindset to every project.

Requirements

• 510 years of experience inproject or program management preferably within technology SaaS consulting or transformation programs.
• Strong background inAgile Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience supporting or managingM&A integrations PMO/IMO functions or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to develop dashboards usingPower BIand applydata-driven decision-making.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in an environment that iscollaborative fast-paced and highly cross-functional.
• High EQ: empathetic relationship-focused and able to influence without authority.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in SaaS cloud-based products or enterprise software environments.
• Familiarity with OKR frameworks and enterprise KPI structures.
• Understanding of organizational change management.
• Certifications: PMP CSM/SM SAFe Agilist or similar (not required but a plus).
