SUMMARY
We are seeking a Jr. IT Systems Administrator to contribute to our ongoing expansion. Key responsibilities encompass addressing IT Helpdesk and Yardi service requests administering our M365 environment performing hardware and software upgrades resolving system errors and supporting the deployment of new IT technologies.
Yardi system administration experience is required including system maintenance and support. The ideal candidate can manage both corporate office needs and remote assistance for off-site locations.
Some travel may be required to visit off-site field offices.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle IT and Yardi Helpdesk requests and resolve user issues
Set up and train new users on hardware (laptops docking stations desk phones headsets screens)
Monitor LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi to ensure connectivity
Support new hardware/software rollouts
Work closely with the Yardi Account Team
Design test and implement Yardi modules and system updates
Manage user access and permissions across platforms (Yardi M365 Verkada etc.)
