Job Summary

Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate. Birgo is a mission-driven company seeking a Maintenance Technician for apartments in Green Tree and Mt. Lebanon.

Pay and Benefits

$24-27/hour paid weekly
Scheduled MondayFriday with shifts of 8:00 a.m.4:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m.5:30 p.m. as assigned with an additional on-call rotation

Responsibilities

Turnovers/make-readies
Repairs such as drywall painting electrical plumbing carpentry and/or HVAC
Preventative maintenance
Rotating on-call service for after-hours maintenance
Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate

Requirements

Well-rounded skill set in building maintenance
Eligible to work in the United States
Valid drivers license
Personal reliable mode of transportation
Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
Safely utilize power tools
Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
