Pay Range : $1500-$1800/month (varies based on skill set and experience level ; plus performance bonuses for closed deals specific bonus amounts negotiated based on performance.)

- $17 per meeting closed

The Company builds mobile power systems for electric landscaping equipment. As landscaping companies transition to electric tools they face real operational constraints: limited charging infrastructure high OEM battery costs and lost labor hours moving batteries back and forth. They solve this with a mobile job-site-ready power solution that enables crews to charge batteries on the go without municipal upgrades or additional vehicles.
They are led by a hands-on founder who sets direction and strategy but does not have the bandwidth to manage day-to-day outbound execution. The company already has an experienced Head of Sales responsible for running demos on-site meetings and closing deals. This role is the missing front end of the sales motion: a dedicated BDR who owns top-of-funnel generation and feeds qualified opportunities to the closer. This role is fully dedicated to the company and will be the first outbound sales hire focused on prospecting research and meeting generation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
We are hiring a Business Development Representative to build and execute outbound outreach to landscaping companies trailer manufacturers and adjacent partners across the US. This is not a passive lead generation or social-only role. Success requires direct targeted high-effort outreach to a fragmented and relationship-driven market.
The ideal candidate is independent resourceful and comfortable operating with minimal hand-holding. You will be given a clear North Star target accounts and strategic direction. From there you are expected to figure out the best path forward adjust to obstacles and consistently book qualified meetings.
- Own top-of-funnel outbound efforts for the company
- Research and map complex target accounts including multi-branch landscaping organizations
- Identify and engage multiple decision-makers within the same organization
- Execute omni-channel outbound campaigns across cold calling email and LinkedIn
- Build and manage prospect lists contact data and outreach sequences
- Coordinate outreach with regional sales priorities and on-the-ground travel schedules
- Book qualified meetings and hand them off cleanly to the Head of Sales
- Track activity and results and continuously refine messaging and targeting
Minimum Requirements:
Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills
Education: Bachelors Degree (ideally)
Experience: 3 years of related experience
- Prior experience as a BDR or SDR supporting US-based sales teams
- Experience selling into SMBs field services construction landscaping equipment or similar industries is a plus but not required
- Strong account research and prospecting skills including multi-threading and org mapping
- Comfort working US hours and engaging senior professional buyers
- Experience working remotely with limited day-to-day oversight
- Prior exposure to managing or leading sales motions is a plus
