This individual will support the AVP IT Applications and QA in managing the IT project backlog. Working with a multi-disciplinary team of product managers architects developers quality specialists and others this individual will ensure projects of all sizes are managed and delivered effectively. You will use your expertise in project management methodology to make recommendations for continuous improvements on our intake planning and deliver processes. How you will contribute: Manage projects; Create project plans and manage dependencies in accordance with project team needsEstablish scope of the project; monitor and control scope to ensuring focus on deliveryEstablish roles and responsibilities in the project; Create project plans and manage dependencies in accordance with project team needsIdentify resource requirements set expectations and manage stakeholders to enable efficient and effective achievement of project outcomesManage reporting for all work packages within the manage IT project portfolio; develop and manage long-range plans and implementation road maps based on business priorities and technology strategyAssist Applications team with application development/release schedulingAdhere to policies/procedures to ensure AML requirements are met when applicableThe experience you need: You embrace and champion change.
