Wereseeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator with35 years of experienceto support the execution of marketing initiatives across digital campaigns contentdevelopment events and internal marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a highly organized proactiveindividualwho enjoys keeping projects moving collaborating with vendors and internal teams and supporting a variety of initiatives without full-time hours.

Youllwork closely with the Marketing Director to coordinate campaigns manage timelines develop contentand support both external brand marketing and internal personnel-focused will have ownership over some areas of the marketing function andbe responsible forrunning initiatives on-own with direction and support from the Marketing Director and in collaboration with key stakeholders and internal teams.

Coordinator Marketing Job Responsibilities

    • Support the Marketing Director acrossdigital marketing campaigns website projectsevents and personnel marketing initiatives
    • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across emailLinkedIn digital and event channels
    • Manage marketing calendars timelines and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track
    • Assistwithcontent development and copywritingfor emails social media posts presentations and marketing materials
    • Create and edit marketing assets usingCanva ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
    • Manage and publish content onLinkedInwhen needed including scheduling posts and tracking basic performance metrics
    • Execute and manageemail marketing campaigns in Mailchimp including list management and reporting
    • Assistwithevents including vendor communicationlogistics timelines and follow-up
    • Support gifting initiatives for clients and internal stakeholders including coordination and fulfillment
    • Maintain marketing trackers budgets and reporting usingExcel and Google Sheets
    • Develop polished on-brand presentations usingPowerPoint
    • Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports and insights
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution across initiatives

Coordinator Marketing Job Qualifications

    • 35 yearsof experience in marketing communications or a related role
    • ProficiencyinCanvafor creating and editing marketing assets
    • Strong working knowledge ofExcel and Google Sheetsfor tracking and reporting
    • Microsoft Office 365: Teams Excel PowerPoint Word
    • Self-starter proactive andpositivemindset
    • Advanced proficiency inPowerPoint
    • Experience withcontent development and copywriting with the ability to adapt messaging across platforms
    • Hands-on experience managingLinkedIncontent and engagement
    • Experience usingMailchimpfor email marketing and list management
    • Experience coordinatingevent logistics and vendor relationships
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Detail-oriented with a collaborative proactive working style
