Job Description:
As a Night Auditor you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. Your responsibilities will include:
- Balancing Financial Records:
- Accurately reconciling all accounts including room charges transactions and refunds.
- Verifying that financial documentation is complete and supported.
- Guest Services:
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel.
- Responding to guests needs requests and complaints.
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- End-of-Day Duties:
- Balancing revenue and expense transactions that occurred during the day.
- Processing invoices and preparing paychecks.
Qualifications:
- Previous night audit or accounting experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
