RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greetcustomers at the end of the sales process and help them customize their vehicle with Accessories
- Assist the customers to find a accessories that meets their needs by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the features and benefits of Chevrolet Accessories
- Close accessory saleswhile learningto overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Follow-up withcustomers who did not purchase accessories after deliveryto maximize every opportunity
- Deliver outstanding Customer Service with an experience second to none
- Become a product specialist. Know the product offerings optional packages & latest technology
- Report Directly to the Sales Management Teamregarding objectives planned activities and analyses
REQUIREMENTS:
- Outgoing dependable Self-motivatedanddisplays a positive attitude
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Ready willing and committed to learning the job
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills one-on-one and over the phone
- Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
- Proficient in basic business math including percentages
- Prior Automotive SalesExperience is preferred but not required
- Willing to submit to a drug screen
- Active drivers license with a acceptable driving record
