KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Must be able to follow oral and written directions and have the ability to work well with others; Must have ability to use both written and oral communication in dealing with maintenance mechanics school personnel and outside vendors and contractors; Must possess knowledge of building maintenance trades including electrical mechanical plumbing and general maintenance; Must have ability to operate various computer systems i.e. metasys companion metasys NAE facility explorer etc; Must have ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks; Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Any combination of education and experience equivalent to completion of high school and must possess experience in the area of building maintenance or related fields with evidence of multi-craft knowledge and proficiency in a variety of building trades. A degree in a related maintenance field is preferred.
