The Coordinator of Frontline Central is directly responsible for the implementation and operation of all aspects of Frontline Central software including recruitment onboarding assignment and management of substitute teachers substitute teaching assistants and other daily staff coverage. This position oversees the districts absence management and substitute coverage systems to ensure that all instructional and support roles are staffed daily in compliance with contractual legal and district Coordinator serves as the central point of contact for principals school clerks substitute staff and human resources regarding employee absences substitute coverage long-term assignments and staffing ResponsibilitiesNoneEssential FunctionsRecruit screen and maintain a qualified pool of substitute teachers and substitute teaching manage the Frontline Absence Management System including accurate absence entries substitute placements and time and attendance tracking for district utilization of all program capabilities including tools technologies processes training resources data systems and daily absences and analyze staffing data to ensure all schools are adequately staffed identifying trends and addressing gaps in accordance with district closely with human resources to ensure high adoption and performance by providing comprehensive Frontline trainings for campus users clerks principals and other staff as reports on absence trends substitute fill rates and staffing gaps to the leadership key performance indicators (KPIs) analyze program data and implement improvements to drive continuous support where directly with principals and school clerical staff to resolve coverage gaps shortages or last-minute and manage long-term substitute placements related to extended leaves vacancies and substitute payroll and the weekly timely submission of payroll to the Payroll Department. Conduct school visits as needed for building substitute placements and Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesAbility to manage high-volume time sensitive of Rhode Island education regulations Strong attention to detail and record keeping to interpret and follow policies and staffing to handle confidential employee customer service and conflict resolution organizational communication and problem solving and ExperienceAssociates degree or equivalent experience in human resources staffing education administration or a related field.
