Job Summary
Are you looking for an active outdoor role this spring We are seeking energetic and friendly General Laborers to join a vibrant team-oriented environment in Pilot Point TX. This is a high-energy seasonal position perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and being outdoors in a beautiful setting.
As this is a seasonal bloom event we need individuals who are reliable presentable and ready to provide top-tier service to families and visitors.
Position Overview
Role: Guest Service & Field Associate
Pay Rate:$25.00 per hour
Duration: Temporary (March 1st March 31st)
Schedule: 1st Shift (Start times between 10:00 AM 11:00 AM). Must be available to work weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Act as a friendly cashier and provide helpful customer service to all guests.
Field Support: Serve as a garden attendant assisting in the flower fields and cutting fresh stems.
Floral Prep: Carefully wrap beautiful bouquets for customers to take home.
Maintenance: Ensure the grounds remain presentable and welcoming for families.
What We Are Looking For
People People: You should be outgoing approachable and comfortable working in a family-oriented environment.
Physical Stamina: This role requires standing for long periods bending and lifting up to 30 lbs. You must be comfortable working in direct sunlight and various weather conditions.
Experience: Prior customer service or cashier experience is preferred but not required.
Reliability: You must have a valid Drivers License and consistent transportation.
Requirements & Compliance
Background: Must pass a public data background check (no theft violent or repetitive drug offenses).
Screening: Must pass a 5-panel drug screen.
Dress Code: Casual and comfortable! Jeans or shorts (appropriate length) and comfortable closed-toe shoes are required.
Work Environment
