Job Summary
Prestige Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep is seeking an experienced Service Advisor in Express Lane with a working knowledge of our brands and the desire to succeed in a team based environment.
We are looking for someone with a sound foundation of professionalism who is extremely well organized and able to handle a high energy workload able to remain calm under pressure.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have 1-3 years Dealership experience withChrysler Dodge Ram Jeep products
- Proficiency managing high levels of service agreement related work orders
- Must be proficient with DealerTrack XtimeGoogle Sheets Office etc.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prioritize Integrity and Customer Satisfaction
- A desire for a long term career with a growing organization
- Personal and professional Honesty
- Have a valid drivers license
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers promptly in person and onon the phone
- Obtain customer and vehicle information accurately every time
- Clearly recordall vehicle symptoms as described by the customer accurately every time
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts determine method of payment
- Establish timelines setting yourself and the customer up for success
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the service and update customers frequently
- Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order and that keys are located before customer is called to come pick up
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers make sure all paperwork is clean andin order
