Job Summary
Job Description:

You will analyse data market insights competition and trends to create innovations relevant for the brand.

You will execute the innovation strategy for the brand and drive each step of the new product development process for your projects.

You will work on the formula development Sourcing claims building attribute building technical studies shades developing and sampling.

You will work and manage relationships with the worlds largest makeup manufacturers to unlock innovations at competitive prices and drive operations.

You will orchestrate the launches and push growth of pillar products towards continued growth and animate core categories / products of the brand.

You will be responsible for driving sales forecasting and stock planning with all channel partners.

You will conceptualize develop and execute disruptive Point of Sale elements in collaboration with the merchandising team.

You will collaborate with the education team to build and promote new techniques launch new products and excite key success factors.
